My favorite teacher! He is very knowledgable & helpful. All you have to do is show up and listen to what he has to say. It's NOT boring. Super informative and exciting content. Practice the study guides only and save yourself from extra work.

First of all, Chef Whitman is not hot, at all. But he knows what he's talking about and he is a very friendly and outgoing guy. CA 209 was extremely easy just STUDY YOUR REVIEW SHEETS. This class is a breeze but sometimes can be a little boring. Chef is a great guy though!

Chef Whitman is absolutely fabulous as a teacher, and even as a friend. His teaching methods are clear, concise, and to the point. He is extremely helpful in every way necessary in order for a student to do very well and succeed. I enjoyed being in his class immensely.
