Monica is not a great prof at all. She lacks presentation skills and clarity. She is not clear as to what she wants and her tests are completely ridiculous. Don't bother buying the textbook she barely uses it and don't bother reading anything since she'll test you on one hard topic. Not a helpful prof. Great class, so much potential, ruined.

The Venture project itself is one of the most beneficial things i have ever done with my education. It is hands on and lets you deal with the risk of starting your own venture. However, her slides and lectures are not very good and she is a lackluster speaker. Take 356, avoid other courses.

BSAD 356 Great prof, always available to help and answer questions. Very fair marker. Attendance and participation is huge. Class was very interesting and a lot of fun. You actually start and run an on campus venture. Great prof, great class.

New Venture is a great course. It provides you with so much knowledge, and is one of the few courses in the business school that's focus is on entrepreneurship and not corporate business. The classes were fun, cases, slides and a venture project. Go meet with her, she is so kind and willing to help students. She has a ton of knowledge

Terrible at explaining things and no justification for the poor marks she seems to give every student. I learned ten times more from the book in one hour than i did all semester in lecture.

I had her for management and I hated her but I took her enterprise development class and it was amazing. I think she's a great prof but the management course is just too dry. I highly recommend BSAD 356 though, she's a different person when she teaches that class. She's now one of my favorite profs.
