Loved the class. Lots of speaking involved as it's a conversation course and she speaks mostly in Spanish. If you don't have a grasp on Spanish accents, it will be hard to understand her, but I had no problems. Vocab quizzes were cake and presentations were easy to get an A on if you did the work. Easy A, wonderful woman.

Entertaining class...She is a cute little lasy, but REALLY loud! She teaches very unorthodox, but I acctually learned alot! 2 presentations, easy tests, but collects the entire workbook! I wish you could take her, but she is moving up north! CofC will miss you Dr. Melendez!

I've loved my class with her. She does speak rather quickly, so you have to listen carefully to understand, but if you do and you ask questions, you'll be fine. The vocab quizzes are very easy and you are given lots of time in which to prepare your presentations. She's light hearted and fun.

She's a really nice person, but she hardly gets up out of her chair to do any teaching. I hardly learned anything. She is so unclear on assignments too. I liked her as a person but not so much as a teacher. She is very helpful when you go to her though.
