She's the greatest professor I've ever had. I asked her to be my advisor because she can always give brilliant suggestion and critic of my artwork in a both encouraging and helpful way. She's really nice and approachable in person. Her love for printmaking is inspiring. You will do fine regardless of your art background as long as you make effort.

Nancy is so calm and clear. I'm not an art major and worried about everyone thinking I sucked; she creates a class environment where any/everyone can learn. I felt appreciated and not like I was a waste of her time.I even want to go back to the studio on my own time now!

She really loves printmaking and you can tell. She is very softspoken, but a marvelous artist and effective criticism easy on the ego. I will surely take another one of her classes. It has opened up a whole new world of fine art to me.
