Your main chance of survival is actually reading the book. quite abit of things in the test is never cover in the lecture and even if it does she would probably just breeze by it.

Her exams are impossible to ace unless you read the textbook (free PDF online). A lot of the questions will be straight from the textbook that she never mentions in lectures. No laptop policy, you must take hand notes. She gives great examples for theories so you can relate and remember better. She will round your grade of you're close (e.g.> 0.5%)

This professor is really personable and easy to approach. Class was super easy if you already know Excel, and can figure your way out around a few more softwares. Instructions for assignments are clear. Overall easy A+ course. Professor can sometimes be disorganized.

No easy walk in the park by any means. Class mainly consists of three exams (lowest score dropped), online quizzes, a non-cumulative final exam, and a group paper. Do make an effort to attend class, as her notes will not be posted online. If you want to earn an A in this course, thoroughly reading the textbook is a must.

Fun professor that is very passionate about subject. Class is made up of 3 midterms (drops lowest score) and a final exam, 1 group project, and 3 easy online quizzes. Book is not required but is very useful when it comes to studying for tests. Study for exams as they are not easy.

Clear, interesting lectures. Easy online quizzes and survey assignments. Group project is fairly graded even if you were to get a bad group, everyone is graded based on individual contribution of their part to prevent freeloaders. There are 3 midterms and 1 final. She drops one of the midterms. Exams are not cumulative. You must read the book!

Dr. Nancy is an amazing professor. She really loves what she does and you can tell by her work ethic. She is clear, patient and always willing to help. Her 152 class which is HR Info Systems, is a hands-on class in which you learn valuable information that can be used in the real world. She is the best professor I've had till this day!

She's really sweet and she really cares about her job. Her tests are fair - final isn't cumulative. She makes everything easy to understand. The group paper depends on your group. Her instructions for that are pretty fair but if your group sucks, then it's bad. An 'A' takes a little effort.

I wish her lectures were a bit more clear, but otherwise I really have enjoyed this class a lot. Mostly because I am totally digging the concept of HR information systems. All the assignments are pretty easy, her quizzes can be a bit hard. Overall, I would totally recommend this class.

Great lectures, engaging stories, provides visual examples. Read book to get an A on the exam. Has tricky questions on the exams, usually not an obvious answer on exams. Group project was good and graded well. No laptops in class, paper notes only. Would take again, but it was harder than I expected. Not an easy A, but you will pass with B or C.

Nancy is your typical run of the mills professor. She doesn't curve however she drops your lowest midterm excluding your final exam. This is one of those have to attend class as she does not post lectures online but her class is not difficult. Easy B for just trying, A is possible if you really care and focus

Easy professor therefore, easy class. She makes lectures super interesting and engaging. There are a couple of online assignments and quizzes that are very easy. There are 3 exams, and 1 final but you can choose to opt out 1 of the exam if you do well enough on 2 or either that she drops the lowest 1 of the midterm. 1 easy group project.

Nice professor so is really into the class. Interesting lectures. If you want to receive an A you must read the textbook, otherwise you will just pass. Group project was hell. I've heard the class is easier/less stress online. BUT if you want to take this class in-person I would recommend Da Silva.

Nancy is a nice person, but she is really a horrible instructor. She is not clear when it comes to her tests which are all multiple choice. She makes you copy her notes which are also useless. Just read the chapters and you'll be fine. Her group project is horrible with very unclear instructions.Didn't like her style at all. Don't need to go to class

Dr. Da Silva is an amazing prof.! Ok, the class runs like this. 1 big group assign., 4 tests, and random hw. The class is basically a business psychology course, so there's a TON of reading. Dr. Da Silva assigns you to a random group for the class and don't the group's Social Loafer, your grade will be crushed by your peers. Great prof.!

One of the best professors at State. Truly cares about her students and gives excellent examples to back up her teaching/slides. Almost weekly online readings and quizzes (3 questions each). Exams are easy if you read the chapter thoroughly. As with any class, read the chapter and attend class and engage yourself and you should do fine.
