Yea yea yea "she's so sweet, shes so nice"...bla bla bla. At first I thought the same thing. She can actually get pretty snippy very quickly. She can get VERY sarcastic with you if you show up late or are absent a few times. And the TV show project at the end of the year makes her NUTS! She goes off her rocker over this project.
