This lady definitely goes off all the time on her own problems or problems about her daughter... if you can take that kind of thing then I say you'll have no problem in this class. She is a pretty easy teacher and the work is not hard at all. The portfolio for this class is sooo easy and she just had us grade ourselves honestly on the portfolio... yea you know how that turned out with all A's of course.

I do not recommend this teacher! Dr. Jordan is horrible. I wish I actually learned something. Very unclear and she forces class participation. Two thumbs down!

This teacher is clueless. She requires you to sit in a circle for everything.She will read novels to you to take up class time.She doesn't teach just assigns readings.This class is a waste of time and money.She won't cancel class, be it snow or her own illness, she'll just give you busy work.

Dr. Jordan haas a unique way of presenting information to the class, she uses all necessary teaching techniques and knows how to teach to a variety of different learners. She thinks outside the box and encourages students to take thier own view on teaching and allows students creativity to soar.

Lots of reading, but it's fun once you get into it. People complain about her, but I think she is a nice person! It's awesome to get a different perspective than what most people have. She is a definite rule breaker, and I just want to say, "rock on" to her... our table loves you!!!

The most boring class ever, you don't learn anything. She reads us aloud novels, and it makes you go crazy. Children's Lit. should be a fun class, and she makes it horrible. Talks about her family too much, lost my paper, always has to be right, and boring as anything. RUN AWAY!!!!!

She is very nice and fun, but she goes off on tangents a lot, I mean a lot. Projects not hard and if she likes you she is willing to make slack. Class not hard, hopefully u will learn more. Don't bring up that u believe in phonics.
