She is by far the toughest grader I have ever had. Lectures are long and boring. All information for exams are in notes, but the detail she expects you to memorize is obscene. I would never take her again.

She doesn't make it very easy to follow along for someone who doesn't like history. Almost every test/quiz is short answer or essay form so you really have to study what you're supposed to.

I took her for my first History class and although her tests and quizzes are easy, her lecture was boring. To pass tests you must go to lectures, but the material was not fun and it was the same sort of discussion everyday.

She knows what she is talking about, and generally her notes are really easy to follow and read afterward. Studying is required, but she is an easy grader overall.

She knew the subject well, but the amount of reading you have to do was a real turn-off. Plus she didn't put notes online and they were hard to follow.

She doesn't give much homework, and all the assignments and quizzes are very clear. She, in my opinion, grades what she shouldn't... This is a History course not English. She also goes too far into stuff that really has no relevance. There's always a 10 minute review and then a 10 minute preview which is pointless. But its a fairly easy pass.

Class had 8 reading quizzes, 2 (larger) ID quizzes, A mid term, a final, and a final essay. She was a great lecturers for most of the time, until the topic lost her interest. Which was like the last 3 weeks :( But overall a great teacher, tells you what is expected of you. Just take notes and pay attention and you should be fine. Would take again!

As long as you know the dates of people/events/things for exams and read the assigned readings, you will get an A.

Great professor. Here was my recipe for an A: showed up everyday, took excellent notes-which was easy with her lectures-and studied. Lectures are clear and easy to follow, at least that's what I thought. Tests were well structured, I learned A LOT and I'm a science head. I'd recommend her.

100% full on feminist, lectures are about hating men and women wanting the best of both worlds. Gave enormous take home exam over spring break. Class is boring to the point of falling asleep.

She has a tendency to jump from period of time to period of time without really staying on topic. But she is really easy to understanda and writes what you need to know on the board. Her quizzes are realtively easy but she depends a lot on exact dates. Overall, she's not too bad if you actually pay attention.

I got an A in the class, so it wasn't too difficult. Lectures are like any lecture; lots of notes, which is expected from a history course. A few papers, but if you follow the directions they aren't bad. She studders and is kinda monotone, but other than that she's pretty nice.

I had her for several classes. She was very thorough in covering the class material. This is a class where you need to do the assigned reading as well as take good notes. She gives alot of information that is not in the books and can back up that information with references when asked. She was a terrific professor.

Very easy, stutters a lot! She gives a lot of dates, but be careful, they aren't always right, or even close. Don't expect to do well on papers, a 92%=100% according to her. Lectures are boring, except when the projector screen falls down.

Very boring class. Harsh grader on papers. Expect to learn lots of dates. Seems biased toward some of the information and a bit snobbish. Other than that...its not so bad.

She's teaching Modern Middle East and she calims Iran is a Democracy, compares Israel to a certain evil regime in Germany during 30's/40's. She also says Arafat was a peacemaker. She constant says "um" and "uh", averaging about six of each a minute... and that is not exagerating. She's arrogant. Her tests are pretty easy, but her biases do hurt you

Her lectures are insane. she talks and talks, covering everything so quickly. but i love it-because she does that, you are forced to listen and write down everything. i actually learned things in her class. her exams werent too bad either. if you like to ask questions, its hard to interupt...
