I took Java all through High School. When I ended up in this class, he just made it unnecessarily hard. I still got a good mark from what I knew but still not a good way for people new to a programming language.

He reads off his documents for 2 hours, then he tells you to do an assignment for an hour, and hand it in; there's never enough time to finish it, and he never covers what the correct answers are; it's too easy to fail, and the midterm and exam is unfair; they also need more time to complete. He should be replaced; text-to-speech can do his job.
