I had the pleasure if studying with him in the late 80s and, If I may respctfully suggest, he was at the top of his game..He was one of the finest economic professors at Fordham University. Perhaps he should retire

He is a complete waste of your time. He is quite possibly the worst teacher I have ever encountered in my LIFE and there is absolutely NO WAY I would ever take Mr. Gianaris again...EVER. Its professor like him why Fordham went from Top 40% to #75. Cannot speak, talks about the most useless things, exams are absolutely unrelated with the class itself. Wants you to buy all his books but you wont use ANY of them. Its a shame--important classes from this sad excuse of a professor.

never seen a prof like this guy. true, easy grader (least he was when i took his class), but his manner of teaching left no alternative but to completely tune out. the one class he missed (about halfway through) a sub came in to teach, asked us where we were at, and it was almost embarrassing that not a one of us had a clue.

The best class I ever took. EXTREMELY fair grader and a very funny guy. No work whatsoever and you still end up with a B+/A-. Likes it when people participate. Can walk out anytime during class and he won't notice. Fascinating economic views and very intelligent professor.

This guy kicks ass! I would recomend him, likes when you participate and a very very fair grader. A must if you attend Lincoln Center. We had a great time in class, well must of uss half the class vut for the whole semester and still got B's!! You will enjoy it
