Fun class. Very spiritual, less acting technique than I thought, more meditation and pronunciation work. Nonetheless, interesting class. She's very understanding, and fun. Yes, quite flaky but just makes for an interesting experience.

I worked with Nola as a cast member on Madwoman, and while she can be falkey at times, she taught me a great deal about movement and physicality, something that could only be learned from someone with her background in dance and drama.

Nola is one of the sweetest professors on this campus. She is sometimes a little nutty, but who isn't? She is a fabulous director - Madwoman was one the best plays I have ever seen at this school. She is just wonderful!

Nola inspired me to come back to dance. She is a beautiful dancer and movement teacher. She is a bit flaky though . . . I have never taken a non-movement class with her but I suppose it would be much more difficult.
