He's a great person but maybe not the best teacher. :/ He doesnt really clearly explain things and just expects you to know some things which some stuff you would know from the book. IF you understand it. He wrote it so it's not much better than just listening to him. Do not take him. Especially if you're a freshman.

He is the most confusing teacher i have ever had in my school career. He in never clear on subject matter, doesnt answer questions clearly and is never available to get ahold of. I would never advise anyone to take this class if you don't have to. pure confusion!!

Dr. Lillegard is a a decent professor; however, the reading was very difficult for me to understand and the structure of the class is a puzzle at best. I made C's on the tests but it is ridiculous to demand numerous questions and not get a grade on your work. Although Dr. Lillegard is a decent professor, he does not have much availability for us.

Class was pretty demanding and attendance is important because he gives quizes and takes up homework randomly. But all of the quizes are for bonus points and they will help your grade a lot. I made B's and C's on the tests and got an A in the class. Be sure to do the study guides, they are a real pain but very helpful. Lillegard is not bad.

Lillegard is a very different Teacher he tries to explain the philosophers views but there are to many to remember clearly. You have to read material that is hard to understand and ansewer questions on them. He does give some extra credit

The class was ok, but the man is a little weird on some things. He never tells you his opinion or beliefs on things which makes you unsure about him. I have been told that he is a Lutheran minister though. The class was alright.

Thought this class would be easy ...yea right. At the beginning of the semester, he said he doesnt grade harshly so you think it'll be easy. You have to read his book. The only way to get a good score is if you are Lillegard himself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLASS!!!! Should've taken British Lit instead. This class isn't worth it...not at all.

This class is hard. Don't take it if you are looking for an easy A. His tests are multiple choice and the questions are hard. I took his class as an "elective" and I ended up flunking! If you absolutely have to take it - don't ever miss class, study study study, and do all of your study guides and you should be okay.

This guy sucks! He is a pompous arrogant ****! He does little to nothing to help his students! I can quote him saying in class once, "I am about to retire, what do I care." People like this should not teach! DO NOT TAKE HIM!

Easy easy classes.... the blue books take time but thats basically all you need to pass. All the answers are usually "D" or "A&C" (or something like that). He's confusing and gets sidetracked.... but VERY easy.
