Straightforward class taught by the sweetest lady you will ever meet. Has speakers come in often. Tests are simple and scaled by a huge amount. No final, just a group project broken up into weekly sections with due dates. Only downfall is that she relies heavily on youtube to do the teaching for her during the lectures which was frustrating. Easy A

She has one project, that also ends up being your final, but she breaks it down into sections which makes it manageable. Exams are fairly easy, most questions have obvious answers. She is extremely nice, and always responds on time with emails and grading. I decided to take her again for marketing, and the class is structured the same.

Nory is great! The class is extremely straightforward with the majority of the grade on the group consulting project where most of the learning occurs. Lectures are designed to get you to think and she spends time applying concepts to the project. You will have to put in the work, but you can get a good if you put in solid work and effort.

Nicest Professor on Campus, a little slow at times but as long as you show up and pay about 10% attention to the class you'll get an A

Nory is one the nicest and sweetest people at UMaine. She is genuinely concerned about her students inside and outside of the classroom. The course material was incredibly easy and she had a few guest speakers throughout the semester who talked about career paths. Great class to take as a freshmansophomore. Easy A.

Professor Jones is the nicest and most compassionate professor I've had yet. She truly cares about her students and is clearly passionate about her career and classes. This is also an easy class, so just go to class (she takes attendance) and you'll be fine.

Literally the nicest woman I have ever met in my life. She's even saved my ass in other classes, and is the only reason I decided to double major (which is the best choice I've ever made to date) She's so hardworking and loves her students.

Nory tries really hard to make a boring subject interactive with the class. She is a great women who isn't out to get you with bad grades, but simply wants you to have fun with the class. All of her tests are based right out of the book and her study guides are exactly the test (the same order as the questions). Overall great class and easy A.

Not sure why this is a core course. I guess cases, reports and presentations are a necessary evil in the MBA world so this course does offer value in practicing those things and she does offer good written feedback to improve. No need to buy the books - handouts cover all material. Work load is rather high so be sure to get a good team together.

BORING. If you are familiar with computers AT ALL, you have completed this class. Tends to spend more time talking about "news articles" and what has happened, than WHY. Utter waster of time, but attendance is mandatory. Just try to stay awake.
