Seriously this is the best class I've taken. He is understanding with late homework and really wants you to do well. He teaches you french and french culture: idiomatic expressions and cultural ideology. Plus he is good-looking. What more can you ask for?

olivier is one of the most interesting french teachers i've had...class seemed to get off topic or irrelevant sometimes, but having grown up in france, olivier's tangents were usually full of interesting french insight. have had him for two quarters and wouldn't mind another with him!

olivier speaks in french for the nearly the entire class, breaking only for complicated grammatical things or stories about his family/france. he really wants you to understand french, though, and is very patient. he never makes students feel stupid for not knowing how to answer a question. plus he's a cutie, so that makes class that much easier :)
