Its funny because kids worry about this class. Honestly its very easy. If you are a comp sci major worry about 435 and 490. This is a joke compared to those. Osama is a good guy though and if you don't have any experience this class will help you during interviews. But you should already have experience by now and realize this class is BS.

Eljabiri isnt a bad a guy. His executive team are pompous and unhelpful. Just do the work, get a decent sponsor, and dont let it get to you. I didnt like the class but others love it, so its all on you in the end.

I'm convinced this man doesn't sleep, he's very passionate about capstone and will go out of his way for you. The class is a bit of a pain, so don't load up on a lot of hard classes like I did. Also, when you're joining you group, make sure its balanced with a good mix of majors because of the broad scope of work you'll all have to do.

I loved his class. He tried his best to make the freshman classes' experience very interesting. His class is an easy A as long as you try your best. Awesome experience and opportunity since you have to deal with real life projects and used what you learn in class. Try to talk to him all the times not with the TA.

The professor and your group leader will hype things up more than they need to be. Just make sure the sponsor is happy and your golden. Don't stress as it will be over before you even know it.

I loved his class. He was the only class that I went to every time we had it. He tried his best to make the freshman classes' experience very hands-on, interactive, and interesting. I think he succeeded. He also offered me a job. His class is an easy A as long as you try your best and hand in all those reading chunks on time and come to class.

I cant think of a better last class than thisOne. We get to meet tons of other tech and IT companies in the local area who are looking for work Actually intern for them and learn Project management skills. I even got a job offer The professor knows his stuff on project management. My only criticism is spend less time in class and more with sponsors

This class is completely useless. There is so much bureaucratic BS you have to deal with. Completeing the actual project is secondary to filling out form after form and making time-wasting presentations. Often, those who can't do, manage and it seems he wants all to be managers.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, seriously wants his students to do well. He is busy as heck thou so you have to stay on top of your own work and collaborate with your team, he will not be holding your hand. You will learn a great deal from his capstone class.

He tends to favor his prize students. If you're not one of them, he'll give you a tough time. Also for a professor who says how important deadlines are, he's late a lot. He almost screwed me out of grad school because he forgot to (and never did) write the recommendation I had asked him for numerous times over the course of 3 months.

PROs: truly cares, good opportunity for a real world project, relatively easy exams. CONs: way too busy to be well-organized, mildly enlarged ego. Advice: do NOT show him attitude, leave it for your parents. Do NOT start a super geeky NASA-style project (example: drivers for mom's vacuum cleaner), go business. Volunteer to be a team leader.

(sorry if this posts twice) Great human being! I'm convinced he's not sane but in a good way. He cares about the students so much that it is scary. He'd help you with school problems, work problems, personal problems, anything that he can. Class is easy, tons of extra credit but it's required. If you don't do the extra credit you won't get an A :-). We had a party (food & stuff) during our Final Exam. He gave us presents, took class pictures, made us feel like we were a huge family.

He likes to give long winded pep talks and make you think the class is more work than it is. Just keep the sponsor happy, go to class and do what he tells you to and you get an A. Don't sweat the course, its one of the most stressful when you are taking it

AWESOME professor. He is extremely dedicated to his students. As a class, show him that you want to learn, and he will go out of his way to help you out (i.e., take home & open book exams). Make sure you participate, so he learns your name. Talk to him, ask questions, get to know him. A great prof!

He is a lean mean working machine. If you ask me he does great things for the NJIT, the CIS Capstone experience and the students in the CCS. His course is the only one at CCS that provides real life experience. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him teacher of the year again!
