Comment:

I really like the format of this class. He approaches topics in the Bible from many different angles and does not present his position as the final answer. On the quizzes, he asks According to Graham... or According to (other scholar) and gives several options. The quizzes are all multiple choices. I have heard that this class is hard online.

Very knowledgeable. His homework is all online and due when class starts (I had him 6-8:30 Thursday nights) quizzes are at the end of class on what we just went over. No final, but assigns paper that is optional. Grades on points, said if you reach enough points for a C, you do not have to come back to class & will not be counted against for it

The worst class I took at CPCC. I took this class this summer and regretted doing so. I did not learn anything from this class. his audio lecturer is not clear. He gives a lot of homework, chapters in the bible and textbooks to read. Worst lecturer I came across so far.

I loved Mr. Graham. He is unbias and educated. He teaches the Bible and the text book without pushing his own beliefs on his students. He's a funny man who is understanding and an overall well connected professor.

Mr. Graham is one of the nicest professors I've had. He truly seems to care about his students and gives us all good opportunities to do well. He isn't strict on attendance and even told us "if youre late thats okay. just get here" He just wanted us to learn. He was a little late with email responses but was clear when he did give answers.

I would definitely recommend this instructor especially if you are looking to take REL212 over the summer. You will have assigned readings, quiz, and discussion board due each week. He does give opportunities for extra credit if you do poorly on quizzes and drops lowest quiz grade. Very prompt in grading. Only 1 analytic paper required.

This was one of the best classes I took at CPCC. Mr. Graham is a great teacher, gives fascinating lectures and helps anyone who asks for help. His tests challange you, but if you have read the material and done the work, they are clear and fair. Great teacher and great class.

I agree that the class was tough but you have to put forth the effort for good grades. Prof Graham puts SO much effort into his students. You learn so much from his class and as long as you work hard and utilize his resources, its very easy to make an A. I took the online short session which condenses 16 weeks into 8, and I still made an A.

Mr. Graham is one of the best teachers I've encountered at CPCC. His religion based classes are absolutely among the best at any college in NC (I've compared notes with friends at some four year institutions). He makes you think and expects you to learn, grown and challenge yourself. However, that's why we are here. Great teacher and class.

Professor Graham was an excellent teacher. His class is not an easy A, but if you work hard and listen to his lectures/read the book like he asks, you will pass without a problem. This class is definitely not for those who want the easy way out, it is for deep thinkers! If that is you, you will really enjoy his class!

It was horrible, the quizzes are extremely hard and some questions are too vaque for you to answer without having to guess. I had a perfect 4.0 prior to this class, and I am very anal about my grades. He never answers emails either. He just so happens to be my advisor, and the entire time I've been here he has yet to respond one time. AVOID

I wanted to try and like this class and Mr Grhama takes it very seriously. He is just so disorganized on his blackboard links everywhere, he could simplify the whole process but is quite sloppy. I didn't like this class is if you get lost your going to work twice as hard to get by. The final paper was horribly ridiculous and unnecessary.
