Tisha is brilliant. Her art history classes are an amazing experience. She has a vibrant vocabulary and I love how she describes works of art, she gets super excited and into the material and it's great to see a prof care deeply about what she teaches. She's been super accommodating outside class. 10/10 would take her again! Tisha is the best

Comment:

Tisha is a very passionate teacher. She is very sweet, friendly and approachable. She is a very fair marker and provides very clear grading criteria. Since her classes are long (4hours) it does get boring by the second half. From start to finish her classes feel as though she's leading you through a movie of art through the ages. Standing ovation!!

It's an Art History course so lectures are essential as is taking notes (don't expect to float on by). There isn't really much homework, we only had one research essay. She hands out criteria early on so you know what's going on. She is a wonderful and thoughtful professor who cares about her class. Probably one of the best profs at Cap U.

Amazing professor who loved what she taught. She's a bit demanding when it comes to describing pieces for papers but is overall a fair marker. She's really clear on what she wants from you. This class provoked me to pursue an AHIS minor because she really made it come alive. She peppered her lectures with humour which made it easy to listen to.

Tisha's lectures are very interesting to listen to. I really enjoyed coming to class. However, she does expect a lot from you. Grading is hard and a lot of memorization is required. I studied like no other and got grades in the B range on all the tests and assignments. The tests caused me a lot of stress, but I forgive her because she is so lovely.

She's amazing! Her lectures are interesting and she's very passionate about the subject. Her marking is tough but she's very thorough about what's she looking for and will help you if you ask. She's very knowledgeable and I would definitely take her class again! Also, her pep-talks right before the exams are really encouraging. She's fun!

Absolutely AMAZING prof! Very passionate, knowledgeable and helpful. Her lecturing style is great and she can really hold your attention for hours. Marking was tough but fair. Take very detailed notes and you will be fine. She is also incredibly articulate and her class will probably improve your writing and vocabulary.

Ticia is a terrific teacher. Her lectures are utterly captivating,and her passion for art will soon become yours. Tisha is a little kooky, but she's a really great lady. I went into this course very concerned about my lack of knowledge, and interest in art and textiles. She makes class really interesting, even a 3hr class at 830. Required practically no work. 1 easy essay, 1 midterm paper, very easy final. Gave us the questions ahead of time
