Great guy, but his time at Hofstra is done. Very unclear and he ends up rambling and going off on tangents far too often. The review sheets are cryptic, and the tests are difficult. On the plus side, if you can follow what he is saying he is more than willing to stay after and help you understand something.

This teacher is insane. Its a possibility to pass the class but as far as learning something in this class, I highly doubt it. He is nice. A bit senile and will tend to ramble about nonsense unrelated to the subject. If you taking this class just because you have to and you want nothing out of it. You can take him. But seriously he is crazy.

Keep Away From This Teacher!!! He has short memory loss and normally rambles about random things that has nothing to do with the topic at hand. Even though he uses a book he doesnt agree with most of the points made in the book, and he is not at all helpful with explaining things. If you take him i wish you best of luck in his class you'll need it.

I dont know how he is teaching Economics, but his Honors C&E was ridiculous. His lectures were impossible to follow, his tests were largely based on works that weren't even assigned-Its hard enough to keep up with the readings in this class! Lastly i'm not sure Davinci himself could have cracked the codes&symbols he gave us on his review sheets!

BEWARE!Im an A student and got a B- in the class he is terrible has no clue how to teach. Review sheets you need to decode first to know what hes talking about but then you are still confused what he wants from you. Did all review sheets but failed each test of course with curve you pass but I didnt learn a thing. STAY AWAY.

Very interesting teacher. Comes off as a very "Green Peace Hippie" and you will hear a lot about his life and ways to conserve the environment. He knows his stuff though, and class was a blast for me (had some friends in there though). His notes are a little hard to decipher...(3-6){82}p1-4 for ex. but just ask him and he will explain. good guy.

One of the greatest professors at Hofstra. Talks to his class in the first person. "Christensen thinks..." It is absolutely hilarious. His tests were simple, dont listen to the other comments. Only about 2 homeworks and if you fight him about the grade he will make it higher. Take him if you want an easy grade.

His class is a waste of time. don't even bother. I studied for his final for about 20 hours, and i still failed it. He let our class have a sheet of notes for it, cuz he wanted to someone to pass.So disorganized. on our final review sheet, he was explaining somehting and added, "little red hen making bread story of class."
