really easy class. Boryevich is useless, her lectures aren't that important on tests. Labs are super easy, TF was awesome. People complained way too much that it was hard, but it totally wasn't! Don't bother buying book, useless. Go to class, take notes of slides, study, you'll do well. Took as lab science requirement, SO EASY!

How anyone can say one bad word about this man is beyond me. He is a model professor. He does what he can to make his classes interesting. How many of you could make soils exciting? He love to teach and cares about his students and the material. He's an 11.

Goldberg's pretty scattered and the class can get boring. Loves to reference Spinal Tap. Not the easiest A but definately not the hardest. Exams based on lectures and labs, grading is picky. Show up to class and don't fall asleep when you do (challenging at times). Satoru isn't as bad as he lets on.

Great class for social science majors who need to get a lab out of the way. The lectures are boring, though. Goldberg is a nice guy, and tries to keep lectures funny, but his slides get old. If I wanted a slideshow I would have went to my Grandmother's house. Chantel is the best TF ever. Easy labs.

I liked the class and Goldberg at first, but the more I attended lecture, the less I liked him. So now, I think he's downright obnoxious. Don't bother with the class unless your an AR major and its required. Lab's ok, Saturo blows.

Don't take this class. I took it for divisional requirement but it turned out to be a mistake. the lectures are really boring and I can't help falling asleep, even when I want to stay awake. The tests seem easy enough b/c they are on class material but the grading is very picky. Same goes for the la

I've taken his classes in the past and he's a good professor, always willing to help and make sure you understand things. His lower-level tests are random, but upper-level exams are useful.

He's really nice, and kind of kooky (that keeps things interesting) A good course for non-science people. Exams are based on mostly class material and are fair.

Goldberg is alright as a person, but the class is unbelieveable. I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy-- every class is torture and the work is ridiculous-- and the thanksgiving project?-- How mean can a teacher get? how unbelievabely selfish.

Very interested in the subject, which makes it interesting for us. He knows what he is talking about. Most of the interaction students have is with the TFs, because of labs. Chris is awesome, and cute. Saturo I hear is ok, but not as cool as Chris.

If you moderately pay attention you'll be fine. Plus, It's really easy to get on Paul's good side. Just go to his office hours to chat and don't be a freshman about the course work. Oh, and beware the dreaded Over Vacation final project.
