Seriously, the most boring teacher I have ever met. She is horrible & so is the class. She only grades you on 3 exams, and I've been to every class and have taken notes everyday, I study and still manage to barely pass. She is so old, ridiculous, creepy & so boring. My advice, DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS.

DON'T BUY THE BOOK. You wont use it at all. I've never taken a more boring class, but for the most part all you have to do is show up and take the notes, and try to pay attention w/out falling asleep. She posts study guides which are pretty helpful, and she grades all tests on a curve, which is nice. but this class is soooo BORING.

Geology 101 was super easy! Go to the lectures, and take notes. Warning its very boring! But the course is an easy A, and the exams are easy! Oh yeah DONT BUY THE BOOK, you will not need it!

Easy class. DON'T BUY THE BOOK! You don't need it. Everything on the tests are in her notes. Her notes are the tests. Go to class, take down the notes, and memorize them and you will pass. It's boring no doubt...bring something to do, but it's the easiest way to earn a science credit that I've had so far in college.

Her geology class is VERY VERY easy. All you have to do is study the notes and you will get an A in the class and on the exams. Attendence is not necessary and you don't have busy work to do. DON'T BUY THE BOOK, you never even open it. Although she is boring, it was so worth it having an easy science class.

Class is unbelievably easy. All you do is take notes EVERY DAY. No participation required. The only grades are three tests--you will have to study. Just memorize your notes and you'll do fine.

Extremely easy class. All lectures are on overhead slides. Copy what's on them and read them over a few times before the exam and you should get over 100% with the curve. She is boring, but it's nice to have a class where you can sit back and relax here and there.

i took the class last semester. the people who don't go to class and take notes are the ones who fail. she is boring, but most lectures are. the tests are easy and multiple choice, not to mention there are bonus questions and a curve. uber easy class.

Paula is by far the boringest person on the face of the planet. I usually listened to my headphones when i did go. The lowest i got on any exam was an 89, and that was boosted with a healthy 8pt curve. She is creepy as hell and stares at people until they stop talking.

For your own sake, don't take her. Well, if you can't afford the book and will actually go to class then go ahead. She likes to stare at people until the shut up if they're talking. Could take a while. It's an easy course but, oh is she BORING! Bring something to doodle on, or a CD player.
