Comment:

Galupo is so nice and so funny and really understanding. This specific topic of psyc wasn't the most interesting but she makes it fun and easy. No textbook needed. Do the study guides and you'll ace the tests. Take Galupo's class!!

Comment:

Galupo is a GEM! I would take this class again without thinking twice. Its the hardest class I have ever taken, but I worked hard and it paid off. She truly cares about her students and loves the subject! She makes the classroom environment fun, and will help you with whatever you need. Take her class you'll love her! I recommended sitting up front

Paz is the best! This is my second class with her, sadly this course is only offered every 3 years. She gives you all the readings, weekly short journals, and 2 take home exams. The exams are writing heavy. Besides that she is hilarious and wants everyone to get the most they can out of class.

Hardest classes ive taken. No power points all lecture. She speeds through the information and write the notes on papers shown through the board. Only 3 exams all semester including final. Exams are completely blank, you have to come up with the info she wants you to really explain concepts. Plus an online essay due exam day. Review sessions held.

She is one of the best professors I have had! I love her lecture style and she makes it so much more interesting than just reading off of a powerpoint. You will need to study for tests but she gives hints on what might be on it and ways to study. Always available to you and the TA. 100% would recommend her.

Dr. Galupo is by far the best professor ive ever had. She is very knowledgable about the information she gives and this course relies a lot on our viewpoints and opinions which is a nice change of pace. The course is a real eye opener and really makes you think about society and yourself in a new way.

Class with Paz was pretty cool! I do think she hyped up how fun it would be, it still ended up being pretty enjoyable. More discussion based than anything else, if you don't like group work then avoid this class. Our TA was clueless on how to set up exams, the material she tested was pretty random but overall a good and interesting course!

I loved Paz! She makes you want to come back to class the next week. We had so many amazing class discussions about topics that usually aren't talked about in school. I would take her class again if I could. My favorite professor at Towson!

Paz is the best professor I have ever had. This class was amazing, you learn so much more that you can actually apply to your life. Take this class! Lots of discussion based class sessions, exams are progressive but not difficult if you know and understand the material.

Great teacher. Very dynamic and enthusiastic about the course. Good for a night class! Lots of writing. Journals every week (DO THEM - counts as a test score), essays on exams. Class is very discussion based. Lots of group chatting. Fun class, really life changing. Make an effort to take this course and be open minded. Don't skip class ever.

Tough material but Paz really makes it so you understand. She uses no book or powerpoint so its up to you to come to class and really take notes. The exams are all short answer compare contrast and are not bad at all if you study and know the material. She is hilarious and awesome. High recommend this class for S&P.

This is a cut and dry lecture and exam class. But, she lectures so clearly that if you show up, you will pass. All tests come directly from lectures, no book. 3rd test is take home. Others are in class closed notes, so I suggest to study. Not hard if you are interested and put in minimal effort.

First of all, this class is interesting. Second, the teacher is amazing. All you need to do to get a good grade is take good notes because she does not use text books and if you have questions ASK THEM... meet with her or the TA. This class was an easy A, although it did take a lot of effort. Definitely review notes before every class & study!

She as VERY EXCITED every class. Extremely interested in what she was teaching, which makes you interested. Never have to use a book. Suggest to bring laptop to class due to high volume of note taking. Overall, class was fun and not challenging as long as you studied.

If you have the opportunity to, take this class. It's the most insightful class I've ever taken. It's almost all discussion in small groups or with the class as a whole but if you don't like talking, you don't have to. Galupo really knows the material and she wants everyone to learn something and develop their own opinions. Book is needed.

amazing professor. she's young and funny and makes sensation and perception really interesting. she wants all of her students to succeed and offers a ton of help to make sure that happens. the tests are really hard though so you shouldn't miss any classes and you really have to study.

SHE IS THE MOST AWESOME PROF EVER!! I love her so freaking much. Shes funny, cool, helpful, did i say funny? And she knows the material like the back of her hand. This was the most interesting class that I took at Towson. She knows her stuff and wants you to learn it and do well. Her tests are fair and if you read the book and come to class you should do fine. I would recommend taking her if possible

She's awesome and knows the material inside and out. Need to read every chapter of the book and she will help you get what you need from the book. Tests are hard bc there's more than 1 correct answer but she lets you argue why you chose the answer. 14 journals, 1 paper. Take home final. Lots of group work and class discussion, not required to talk
