Dr. Ironstone is one of the best professors I have had throughout my university career. Not only does she create engaging lectures, she made me want to learn more about the subject. She is an incredibly sweet woman and wants her students to leave the course with a thorough understanding of what was taught. Very helpful with assignments and essays.

Dr. Ironstone is one of the best profs I have ever had. Ironstone makes capstone courses worth your while. Extremely engaging, provides excellent feedback, and actually cares about her students' success. Although this class involved a lot of reading, Ironstone provides an awesome learning environment that makes you actually want to learn.

Dr Ironstone knows her stuff. Her lectures are informative, and the content is interesting. However, the course material is SO DENSE making the course insufferable. I asked my mom, a university professor, to help with a reading, and she used a dictionary for every sentence. The midterm ruined my grade despite doing well on the other assignments.

Dr. Ironstone is truly saving Laurier's reputation as a university. She cares about having her students not just understand the material but having them develop skills that are so important. I have the most respect for her and this class she taught. The midterm is the most difficult assignment I have ever done but you learn so much from it.

This was one of the best classes I have taken so far in university! She is very intelligent and kept me engaged every week for the full 1 hr and 50 mins to the point I was actually really excited to go to this class every week. The material is tough however and so is grading. Definitely not an easy A, but you will learn a lot from this class.

The best prof I have had in my four years at WLU. She is an intelligent, helpful and inspiring leader who helps her students achieve a higher level of learning than most. Go to her office hours and she will gladly guide you to get a good mark. I would highly recommend any course she's teaching, especially her forth year seminars!

I had her in second year, and now for my final year seminar class. She can make any subject engaging as she's a bubbly lecturer with the knowledge backing up what she is teaching. I hate 8:30 am lectures, but was willing to take it strictly on the reason that she was the professor. When taking her classes you know your money is going the distance!

This woman is amazing. She cares so much for her students and is so clear on what she expects from you. If you go to her office hours she is so happy you came and to answer any questions you have. She gives tons of feedback on assignments and tells you how to improve on the next one, but is a hard marker.

I have a lot of respect for Dr. Ironstone. She is very, very smart. She is a tough marker for sure, but the things you will learn in her class are worth it. She has a great sense of humour, and her lectures are always interesting. I have taken three classes with her because I like her teaching so much.

Amazing professor. Cannot say enough good things about her. Is extremely helpful, does everything she can to ensure students are on the right track and do well. She is funny and approachable, has a great attitude and made a 3 hour, 8:30am Friday morning class very enjoyable!!! Take any class with her if you can - you won't regret it!!!!!

Amazing professor. Her class has been my best university experience so far. It's a 1 hr 50 min lecture, and I sit there riveted for most of it. Hard material, but she makes it all so interesting and relevant that you'll want give it everything you've got. She's got a great sense of humour too. (And she's not on a power-trip, she's just THAT good!)
