Dr.Hill is fabulous! Psych & Christian Thought changed my life. The integration of Psych and faith is made so applicable by this class. It has shaped my views on life. Dr. Hill is so sweet and though his tests are all essays, they're super easy if you just memorize the bullet points from his coursepack and I rarely ever did the reading. Easy A.

Took him for Psychology & Christian Thought. Not an easy class. Tests are super hard. You got to be a good note taker & read the articles he assigns to do well in this class. Good luck if are planning to take him. You might want to consider joining a study group for this class.

He doesn't really grade anything himself, just checks the grade his T.A. wrote and agrees. He does not engage the class well either. Super difficult tests and papers. The theme of the class changes every semester too. If you're taking this class because you loved PSYCH 201 and now want to be a psychology major, prepare to question your major.

Good lecturer, tho stories can detract from time to get thru material. Pure lecture can get boring. Anything in book/lecture fair game-not kind to test on material never covered (lg. amount @end of yr to rush thru)=hard tests. But great info, a must take class. Grade based on 3 tests&1 paper. Paper hard but fun (design but don?t run xpmt).

Good teacher.He's very intelligent but the class is all lecture. Interesting class. It can be difficult material, but just show up to every class and take good notes and then study them before the test and you'll do fine. 5 papers , 4 of which are just to help you write the 5th one.

WOW.... this mans knowledge and ability to pull you into his world (social psych) is incredible! It was amazing they way he integrated Christianity into the studies and information. He gave the class a copy of his powerpoint (hard & computer) this made preparing for quizzes and exams etc very helpful. I would take him again if possible!!!

He's at his best in social psych, but psych of religious experience is good too. takes great interest in students' personal goals and loves to write letters of reccommendation for those who take the time to get to know him.
