Comment:
Dr. Nguyens section for 444 was really straightforward. Hed ask you to read a paper ahead of time. During class, hed go through the figures and provide relevant background info. His expectations are clear, so you know exactly what to study. Exams are fair, evenly distributed and direct. If you want to learn about neuro research, look no further.

Comment:
Peter's notes are concise and organized! He tests only half of the material on the midterm, and the other half is tested on the final (no overlap), which is great. It's nice that he keeps things light by making jokes sometimes. Just wish that he provided a few more practice problems, and that he was more available for help outside of class.

Comment:
Dr. Nguyens lecture was always enjoyable. He taught the essentials but also went above and beyond use significant research based examples, teach research methods, and teach the clinical relevance of the material. He was always approachable and pleasant, willing to answer my questions before and/or after each class. Great lecture experience.

Very easy to follow notes and a great lecturer once you can overlook his monotone. Best part is his fair exam questions and marking. Most of the time you will just need to memorize his notes for an A in his section but for some of the lectures I found the textbook to be more clear.
