Nice lady! Read most of the texts in class and she told you VERY IMPORTANT things to know for exams or midterms. Very fair marker, you just really have to take notes, pay attention and do the work! (like read the texts :P) Again, nice prof :)

I love this teacher! Yeah she is very easy and yes she talks alot... and I mean alot but I think that she is very knowledgeable and I thought it was a pleasure to attend every class. The novels are great and she ties them in very well together. I reccomed this class to everyone

Super nice woman, however she will be in the middle of explaining an important point and then begin to mumble half way through sentence! SO annoying! And she'll laugh at her mediocre jokes before actually saying them, which is very lame. Other than that, she is helpful and a lenient marker.

I really enjoyed this class. The novels were excellent, and Perrakis taught them very well. She is an easy marker, and a very kind woman.

Blah! She didn't teach a damn thing, but took attendance, so you had to show up. After the first month, I starting bringing the paper for the daily crossword. When I wasn't doing that, I was thinking of ways to clone myself so someone else could sit there for attendance instead of me.

Great class! Books were interesting however the lectures could be deadly! The group work made the class easier to live with.

Good books, boring classes. Workload is decent, marking seems fair. Nice person, not a bad prof. Don't avoid her classes, but it is unlikely you'll sit through an entire 3 hour lecture once.

great material, interesting insights, fun class discussion, lectures a bit tedious, and as for grading, fair, but gives little to no helpful comments, just a number.

she spits, so don't sit in the front row. chooses excellent novels, and analyses them in an interesting way. don't let anyone interrupt her lecture though, or her tangents will go on forever. otherwise, very linear and clear. her exams are straightforward, and her marking is fair.

World lit: simply brilliant choice of novels. Enjoyed the group-work. Not grammatically critical enough for responses. Very sweet; lectures a bit tedious though.

Friendly and informative with a refreshingly non-conventional choice of texts/authors. The group work and smaller assignments were a tad baby-ish. Marking seemed just. Overall, not bad.
