Wow! This class and prof are what Calvin are supposed to be. It is all about faith and communication without cliches. Tests are tough but fair. He helped me get internship and then a real job. Ask him 4 help and he will really come through. He knows so many alumni, too.

Schultze is probably my favorite professor at Calvin. He is so kind and helpful it's hard not to like him. He really tries to engage you during his lectures and you'll get so into it that you forget to take notes. If the class does poorly on a test he takes it as his fault for not teaching it better. I gave him a pepper cause he asked us to haha.

He's a great prof with tons of crazy stories (ask him about his old roommate's cat)! He also genuinely cares about his students and how his class can help them. He usually is only teaching one or two classes, so he can devote a lot more attention to his students than most profs.

Haven't had him for a class yet but as an advisor he's a tool. He's screwed me on a few classes, very unhelpful in giving advice, doesn't seem to care much about his students. He's got an ego the size of alaska because everyone bows down whenever he writes or speaks. He's annoying.
