Comment:

Uses PowerPoints that just look like random words that dont seem to connect&can be confusing. Listen carefully during lectures&write down basically every word she says. Go through notes&google things that arent 100% clear to connect dots that werent clear in class. She tries to be helpful, just forgets that these things arent as easy for undergrads

Comment:

Professor Moldow is a good professor, if you really showed initiative/dedication she helped you a lot. Do not skip class attendance is not mandatory but her tests come directly out of her lectures and ppts (which she does not post online). Take really good notes on what she says and beware of the true/false questions on her test. Understanding&nice

Comment:

Neuroendocrinology Class Extremely condescending; has no respect for students. Constantly brags about her 'connections' and chooses not to help. If you choose to take her lab, you'll probably be one of her 'favorites' (so obvious). Avoid her if at all possible. Explanations are extremely vague. Just a mean person. Has no will to help students.

Seton Hall seriously needs a new professor to teach this course and BIO1106, I refused to take the second half because she's the only one who teaches it... I'm hoping a new professor steps in next year. Terrible.

Just stay FAR away unless you have to take this course. The material is heavy enough, tests are horrible and practically nightmarish. I ended up studying and learning most of it myself. That's the only way to try and pass this class. She has to incorporate a massive curve just for anyone to get a passing grade...

She is not an easy grader her test can be pretty confusing because the material is heavy. She dislikes our class because most peopele are goofing off on fb or have attitudes. She will answer any questions you have after class. Her tests are hard soo STUDY from day one religiously.

Wow. This class is such a fail. She teaches some useful information and lots of useless information. She is condescending towards students in class, smirking when she tells everyone they did poorly on the test and constantly reminding you that she can lecture the material straight from her brain. Congratulations to you. A big disappointment for me.

She seems to care about her students but her tests contradict that. She is informal and casual during lectures, but the tests are stoic, don't adhere well AT ALL to her power points (which she SHOULD post online - to not do so is passive aggressive) and force students to INFER about information rather than testing them directly on it. Subtly cruel.

Are you kidding? This is the only professor that teaches this class and she loves psychology majors!! There is no homework, no essays, nothing. Just exams, and the usual final. She knows that psych majors have to take this class so she sticks the central nervous system mainly which we need to know.

you really dont learn anything. If you memorize her incoherant powerpoints you may do fairly well but you still won't know any part of biology. She gets mad if you ask any questions or to see a slide again. Read the book if u want to learn anything

I went to class everyday and with the dim lights, the hazzy prokector and her rambling, how are we supposed to pay attention... ZZZzzz... I didn't learn one thing from her and she teaches from powerpoint!! powerpoint are for lazy professors!
