The topic itself was very interesting for me.Professor is a nice guy and does his best. His slides are fun (actually the best part of the course). The problem I found with his teaching was that he did not enunciate well. He started out loud and clear, but after few sentences went back to mumbling. But overall, I would recommend this class.

He is an incredibly nice man who is always smiling and always has a cheerful lecture told in his thick Pakistani accent. His accent is not usually a problem but after a long lecture he gets tired and begins "Happy Mumble Storytime" In which he goes off topic and tells good but quite stories.

Honestly, he's the nicest professor I've met up here. He's always cheerful, gives no homework, is genuinely interested in the subject and has first-hand experiences with the sites discussed in the class. The only problem is he expects us to know SO MUCH information for each test. If you study every single night, you should be fine.

Prof Mughal is BRILLIANT!!! Seriously, some of his stories are incredible but he is sooo modest. He is also the nicest/sweetest teacher and very accomodating. He realllly wants his students to do well!!! Don't be distracted by his accent, just listen and follow along with the study guide. One of the best teachers I have had at BU...ps, no book!

study the guide he gives you for the first test exactly. TAKE THE PAPER OPTION for second test & do presentation. will help your grade immensely. final was hit or miss & not fair: he offered 2 versions on 2 different days. sit in front of class bcuz accent is a problem. nice man. likes questions. language barrier makes him not the most helpful.

gave 2 finals for different groups testing on completely different things, focused on tiny details instead of over all concepts, erratically helpful, slide lectures with lights off induce sleep

Heaviest Indian accent ever, his L's sound like his R's, his TH's, D's, and T's are indistinguishable... The tests focus on comparably irrelevant topic like dates, names, and places when it would've been much more helpful to discuss principles at a larger scope.Insane workload for a useless class

SUCH A CUTIE! I love Mughal, also cuz he's my advisor, but honestly, he has such a passion for his work, and he really takes care of his undergrads. His classes have a lot of reading, but it's all relevant, and he's always trying to improve his classes. I give him two thumbs up!

Incredibly nice man. Tests are hard, but he actually listens to students' suggestions and applies them to the other tests. Material is pretty interesting once you get past the early stuff. I can't stress how kind he is, and he's genuinely interested in helping people out if they need it.

Great guy.Passionate/enthusiastic/helpful. Hard to understand at first, but don't worry bc he doesn't mumble the important stuff. Don't really have to do the readings if you take descent notes. Tests are difficult but grades are very forgiving.

His class is long, boring and a waste of time. I hated every second of it. Readings are long and most of them are not helpful. And his tests are incredibly hard and there is so much material to know. Do not take this course, you will hate it.

Tends to ramble and appears deceptively friendly. But don't expect sympathy on the final (which may or may not have anything in common with the previous tests).
