Khan covered one FOURTH of the material we were supposed to cover in our 3rd year IR Middle East class. He was repetitive, had awful time management skills and assigned about 5 chapters of reading between two textbooks a CLASS, most of which wasn't ever discussed. His class was incredibly disappointing and we never got to actual relevant issues.

worst teacher i ever had! classes were so boring and practically mandatory, but dont bother using any of the info he gives you in class only use info from the way to MANY readings that he gives out.

Tends to sleep during class presentations, I suspect he is a bit of a misanthrope, terrifying in every way. Old School approach to everything...would like to bring back "the strap", makes little effort to hide the fact that he hates students. Seemed to enjoy enforcing draconian class room rules regarding attendance, food and tardiness.

Extremely knowledgable prof.Took into.to Canadian Politics some yeras ago.Class pace and workload was fair.Assignments marked with useful comments.But must warn that he is a stickler when it comes to class decorum (don't come late,don't interrupt class,no food,no drinks,etc.).I would recommend taking into to Canadian Politics with Khan!
