Im a 5th year senior and i can honestly say this guy cares more about his students then any prof I have ever seen. His problem is this is basic photo stuff so if you know anything at all about cameras your going to be bored off your ass. I on the other hand knew nothing and learned a great deal from him. He was always helpful to me in the lab.
