crystal clear lecturer. his notes are articulate and accurate you could complete the course with never opening the text. Always has time for students. He is a chalk board teacher, so no power point here. but that just shows he is willing to work for you just as hard, exams are tough, but his study sheets make the burden easier and study focused.

Great teacher. I knew nothing about politics before this class and now I can't wait to get involved in Elections. He tells you what to study and his tests are great IF you study and attend class. I will be taking more classes with Randall. :)

When I first saw the name of the CRIM 170 course "Law and Legal Institutions", I thought it was going to be totally dull and painful to sit through. But, Randall made the material interesting. He is really nice. The exams are difficult, but use the review sheets and you will do fine. Don't skip any classes unless you can get notes from a friend!
