Very willing to help- extended office hours for those that needed it and taught in a way that made students learn. He didn't just give answers, he helped students to find the answers themselves. One of my favorite professors while I was at Pepperdine.

Randy was one of the best professors I had at Pepperdine, he was always intersted in helping the members of our class when we did not understand. He was genuinly concerned with our learning and is a credit to the school as a whole. A great teacher!

Best prof @ Pdine. Teaches like he means it. No BS from Maddox. He makes you work or you fail the class miserably. All tests are appropriate in difficulty. Homework is 2-3x a week but relatively easy if you pay attention.

Best teacher at Pepperdine!! His tests and homwork load are appropriate. It is impossible not to learn the material. He is always willing to help you and will never try to trick you. The only bad thing I can say about him is that he is kinda liberal... It is evident in his word problems.

He is a great teacher!! the way he sets up the course it is sooo easy! You are going to have to work, but trust me just go to class and do the hw and you will have no trouble passing this course. He is always willing to help and he definately makes math fun.

Aside from being a little fruity...he is the best math teacher I have ever had. He runs a class that takes work but you will come out feeling that you learned something for the time spent, and if you dont understand he loves questions.

Very demanding, his "sense of humor" got on my nerves, very cocky. If he thinks you are a loser, you won't get much attention after class. Tests were fairly easy. I found that drinking a little before class helped significantly. :-/
