I've had Ray for a few classes and honestly, he is one of the most involved and caring profs at Trent. He is the reason I stayed in the Business Program and nothing brightens my day like a conversation with him. Between him and Zohar, the ADMN department has some of the best people Trent has to offer, and I count myself lucky to know them both.

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone! He really challenges students to explore the topic area and focuses on understanding the material not just reiterating what is in the textbook. His lectures are very informative and will really add to your understanding of content.

Super approachable Prof who really cares about the students and who is genuinely interested on the subject matter. Seems to really enjoy reading students research papers and gives good feedback. Lecture slides can be a little boring, but in-class discussions make up for it.

Dart really cares about the students and how they do. A lot of his heart is with the school and he is a genuine teacher. His lectures can be a little difficult to follow, however, he is very passionate and intelligent. Midterm was very difficult but final exam was better.

Amazing Prof. Best I've had at Trent. 100% recommend taking this course. His connections with course material make it very easy to learn and remember when writing your exam. Online readings were important for the midterm and exam as well as the main themes from the textbook readings.

Ray likes to assign many more readings than most first-year professors, then mark students on a 'weekly reading reflection,' and he has an annoying habit of sending massive emails after each lecture. Not a course to take if you're interested in business, as his content seems to involve more psych and liberal arts than anything else.
