Professor Shea is a great teacher. Like others have said, there is a lot of homework and he will pull a pass/fail pop quiz every other week. But as long as you do the work, study, and take good notes...you will do fine. Not an easy class but you will learn a lot. He is very knowledgable about the business world.

I had him for Management Theory and Practice in an online class and I didn't learn much at all. He was not very fair on grading essays even when you followed his writing guidelines. His tests had nothing to do with either the textbook nor the online lectures. Never gave input on things said in discussions. HORRIBLE TEACHER!! DONT TAKE HIS CLASS

I had Shea for online BUS 101 and he was extremely tough. He would expect perfection and would give no feedback for our written assignments. He would respond to us using blanket pre-arrainged responses, not helpful. It seemed as though we were a nuisance to him. It was rude that he would assign work that was due on a holidays (Easter). Overall Poor
