Two critical essays, discussions, mid-term and final. Critical essays are graded, tough ladies and gentlemen. I emphasize critical essays because a large portion of your grade depends on it. VERY unorganized and EXPECT to have late responses, unfortunately. Points are deducted for very minimum errors and your grade will pay the price.

Always responds to emails. Try hard on the papers and the discussion forums or you will fail. Gives loads of extra credit.

Class wasn't too bad. Weekly discussion board. Tough grading on the papers although which had to be in APA format. Final exam was tough. This is an online class and shouldn't be graded this way. Although she is a fair professor and gave extra credit at the end.

I also took her Megacities of Asia online course and it is awful. She expects way to much for a simple prereq course and it is to much work for such a pointless class. She also docks points for every little mistake! I even used grammarly to check my papers and she still would say points docked for errors... I never got more than a 7 out of 10.

I took Megacities of Asia online this semester and i was not excited to take it at all and it definitely was just as awful as I expected. Multiple papers and super long discussion posts every week which she always docks point if theyre not PERFECT. Would not take again.

Avoid this class professor like the plague. I took her online Megacities of Asia class and it was the worst course I have taken so far. It's an intro level course for students who are likely not english or liberal arts majors but she grades the course like and advanced english course and wants all her papers in APA. Worst professor I've had so far.

Dr. Reggenia Williams is a passionate instructor with little to no presentation or organizational skills. We had assignments due almost every class and she was very backed up in grading. I learned very little in her class and struggled to keep up with all the work. Some online, some written, some in class, etc. Very unorganized. Lots of videos.

Regennia was a nice person, but she was also unorganized much of the time. She spent more time going over class instructions rather than the actual material. The subject and associated quizzes and tests were easy enough, but most of the work I did was out of class. Regennia's class was often chaotic and unsuitable for getting any work done.

Had her for Afr Am History, a class I think you have to have a passion for if you want to take. With that being said many of my classmates hated this class and her, but I think she was a very good instructor. Essays and exams are given but the paragraphs have to be a par. Easy class and you'll get a lot out of it if you're interested in teh subject

Horrible. This was my capstone class and I learned nothing. She was constantly changing where we would meet for class. She cannot explain what she wants and doesn't fully listen to the questions you ask regarding assignments. Lectures had nothing to do with the class and she almost always ended up on unrelated tangents. Due dates are very confusing

Horrible horrible teacher. She's very rude and closed minded. She wants things done a certain way and cannot explain how she wants it done. Very spacey and Can not stay on topic. I had to go to the head of the history department to get anything done in this class.

Worst teacher i've had so far at CSU. Her lectures are utterly pointless. Attendance is 10% of the grade and she considers a student absent if they show up 5 minutes late, or leave before she's finished with the lecture - even if class time is over. The only thing that saved me was the extra credit. She is rude, and not helpful at all.

Her lectures are pointless. 3 essays and 3 tests, but she'll drop one of each. She makes everyone in the class contribute to the study guides, which is the only thing that the tests are based off of. Just go to class and do the work and study and you'll get an A!! She's passionate about this stuff but she always reminds you that she's got a P.hd

Very snappy. Her lectures were useless. She's very passionate about the topic. Expect to recieve an exam or in-class essay two weeks after the day it was taken. Very unorganized.

What a nasty professor, she doesn't make sense, is not organized, ignored people she doesn't like (being a woman and african american is the only way to get her attention) and thinks she's so much better than the rest of the dept. Cannot stand her, every minute spent in her class was a waste!!

Dr. Williams is a great teacher to take. I took African American History since 1877 and it was my first semester of college and what an easy A her class was. I missed class a lot but mainly there are three exams, pass the first two than you don't have to take the final (third exam). six group projects sooo easy, and three in class essays drops lowe
