Great class and lectures. Certainly we discussed controversial topics, had disagreements, and struggled learning ideas not popular in our political culture but the class was a learning experience. Students not willing to stretch their boundaries will not like his courses. I took this class in 1992.

Good professor, but loves to hear himself speak and he definatly loves to use college words when he writes his assignment sheets. Most of the class had to ask for what he was looking for in the assingment since it was too wordy.

Comment:

This professor was one of the best. He inspired me to become a creator of knowledge rather than a consumer of knowledge. Anyone who didn't get it will never get it. It's only for those willing to think for themselves, and cut the strings of the capitalist society.

You have to write 2 10 page papers, and one 5 page paper. He makes it difficult to write them though because he doesn't explain material very well. He has a horrible attendance policy too. 4 absences and you drop a whole letter grade.
