I love Dr. Buttimer. He was an amazing teacher that you were able to joke around with and have a good class with. He will definitely keep you paying attention while also having an engaging conversation.

I literally did every single problem in the Hull book and NONE of them were in the test. Tests were so hard and confusing. Lectures are a waste of time and his ppt have mistakes everywhere. He curved our class from 60-80 a B. (This class is easier if you are a finance major or work in industry)

Tests are really hard, but he does curve. Math is easy, concept questions are very difficult. Boring class, wouldn't recommend it unless you are required to take it and interested in real estate
