Comment:

The PDET 100 class is all about exploring your different major and career options in product design. Without this class, I would not have been able to get as much out of my degree. Show up to class, do the work, and you'll be fine. I'm sad that I won't be able to take any future classes with him.

possibly the best teacher i've ever had in all my years in college. not easy but not impossible. he can make you laugh when the subject isn't particularly entertaining. the homework isn't graded but doing it really helps. he is just a classic example of a good teacher. tried to sign up for every class he taught that met the requirements for my B.S.

Great guy, super nice, genuinely cares about students, and cracks hilarious jokes. Lectures are just long, and even though you study hard for his tests, they're pretty difficult. His class is passable but you just really need to study hard seeing as how there are only three tests including the final. The weekly take home quizzes will save your butt

Great class. I thoroughly enjoyed taking this course. Goosen made the subject matter clear and concise. I'm in the Product Design Engineering Technology program, which he is head of. I look forward to taking more of his classes.

THIS GUY IS PRETTY FUNNY. ALL OF HIS CLASSES ARE PRETTY COOL. PDET 499 CAN BE REALLY DEMANDING, BUT HETELLS YOU EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO BE DONE AND GIVES YOU AMPLE TIME TO DO IT.

Goosen made class interesting. His antics were hilarious...most of the time. For Halloween, he put a red headband on with a feather sticking out of it, and he taught the whole class with that on...I couln't stop laughing!
