Attendance is mandatory, iclicker questions everyday. Only 2 super easy HW assignments. 4 extra credit points after every exam. Free online text book, he assigns readings, but only doesn't test on them. Exams are easy if you go to class, listen, and take notes. He records every lecture and posts them for if you want to rewatch anything.

Professor Lucas was an amazing professor. You must attend every class bc there are iclicker questions everyday. The clicker questions are not graded on correctness. His exams are fairly easy. Before every exam he gives you exams from past years to practice with. Majority of the questions on his exams can be found in the previous exams he gives u.

Dr. Lucas is a great professor and you can tell that he is truly passionate about psychology. He does a great job of preparing students for exams. The only thing I have to say is that he sometimes went on for too long about to expect from the lecture. I'd rather just hear the lecture, you know?

It's a pretty big class so I recommend sitting in the front of the lecture hall so that you can hear him. His grading is solid. Can't really fail if you at least attend the lectures.

Best prof I've had at MSU. He tries to make class interesting and exams are easy. I feel like I really learned something from this class. It's easy to get a good grade as long as you show up to class.

He's pretty good. It can get a little dry sometimes, but I don't think that's his fault.

Dr. Lucas is a nice professor, but his lectures take up the whole class. You will never get out early, so that sucks. His lectures are pretty boring and he doesn't always put what he's saying on the powerpoint. Reading the textbook is essential for exams. Lots of extra credit given and many opportunities to get free points. Must go to class!!!!!!!!

Overall a decent professor. Much easier than others from what I have heard, he goes by the material in the book pretty strictly. I'd say he is worth having as a professor.

His lectures drag on way too long, but the material he covers is very easy.

Great teacher. He's very concerned with making sure students learn the material. If you put 1-2 hours of studying time in per test, you should manage at least a 3.5 easily. His lectures tend to drag a bit, but he's easy on the eyes. ;)

I'm not sure why that person said he was horrible. He basically paints you a picture on what to do to pass the class. He gives TONS of extra credit, so if you do it all you can get an average of 70% on the exams and still get a 3.5. If you think this class is hard then you didn't study for the exams. Very interesting class, highly recommended.
