Wish I dropped his class. Just horrible. Like other people mention, the guy is all over the place. Confusing. Makes things unnecessarily complicated. He thinks he's being clear when he's not at all. I passed only because of what I already knew. I learned nothing. This professor is one of those people not meant to teach but wants to anyways.

Lectures full of spelling, grammar, and formatting errors, randomly changing font style & sizes. Even copied and cleaned up in a Word doc, lectures are a rambling, incoherent mess. Grade rests on how well he thinks you understand his material. Emails asking what you can do to improve future grades met w/ condescension & refusal to offer help.

The worst professor I've ever had. It took me an hour to fix his typos and grammatical errors in the syllabus, Lecture File, & Discussion Posts before I could guess at what he was saying, & he would changed fonts mid-sentence. I didn't read anything he assigned, just Googled my answers and got a B. Didn't learn a thing, other than how to b.s.

I took this class online, and it was the worst decision I've made in college so far. Discussion boards were so brutal. Requires a lot of reading and research, extensive questions. Worded horribly. The questions themselves were more confusing than the actual subject. Didn't like politics before and like them even less now. Definitely don't recommend

One of the most unclear professors Ive ever had. Had him online and there were so many typos in his lectures that made me wonder if he knows what proof reading is. The way he words questions was ridiculous. Does not provide enough information on what we were supposed to learn. Responds to emails about questions in a condescending way. Not helpful.

I enjoyed the class and it really increased my interest in politics. You really need to work had in the class though.

I took his American Gov. class online. I wasn't interested in the subject prior to it (the book actually made me groan when I got i), but he made it really fun and interesting. He really knows what he's talking about! Make sure to support your answers with substance - simple talking points will get you nowhere.

I took the Summer program for American Government and found him to be a very objective orientated teacher; the course had a good sense of direction but was EXTREMELY disorganized. A lot of the assignments are repetitive, especially for Essay exams. Also don't expect him to reply to your Emails, if he does he often doesn't answer all of your "q's"

Took for Sociology over the summer. Doesn't hesitate to share his opinion and extremely interesting. Quite liberal and relaxed teaching method. Will definitely open your eyes to many things. One of the best classes I've ever taken! Would take him any chance I could.
