He's THE MAN! Because of him, I'm not a biochem major :P. I wish there were more professors like him... He's a nice, happy-go-lucky guy that likes teaching! PLUS, he knows more about chem and biochem than any other science professor @ SHU. You know... he was once the head of the biochem and chem dept... and blah blah.. i could go on and on...

I am so glad he's my teacher. He reminds me why I liked Chemistry in the first place, and he's there for all of his students, because he simply cares that much. If you do the work, you'll do fine in the class.

Great Teacher!! He doesn't try to trick you, if he writes it on the board then it will be on the test. He lets you do extra credit and his class is very interesting, hes very funny and you can tell he enjoys what he does.

Best chemistry teacher I ever had in my life. I'd move the earth for him if I were doing research. If you're remotely interested in research in Biochem, do it with Dr. S. Very pro-student. Not arrogant. Very approachable. You'll learn a lot if you want to.
