Comment:

One of my favorite professors! I really enjoyed his class and he made the course interesting and interactive. He really cares about his students and I really can't say enough kind words about him. I'm looking forward to taking another class of his. The only down side is that his study guides are massive because he only gives midterms and finals.

Dr. Veit is an amazing professor. I'm glad to have had him during my time at Monmouth. There are a lot of readings to do but as long as you communicate with him, he'll be understanding. He's a VERY nice man and will help you as long as you ask for it.

One of the best professors at MU Had him for first year seminar, will never forget him. Such a kind, funny guy. His passion for archaeology is amazing and it really makes the class enjoyable. I almost wanted to change my major after taking one class with him. Experience Monmouth to the fullest by taking a class with him - you won't regret it

HE?S THE FUNNIEST GUY ALIVE. his mustache is the coolest. very corny guy but very enjoyable to have as a professor. you can tell he loves the subject and really gets the class involved. you do cool activities and not a lot of work AT ALL. virtually none. TAKE HIM!

FUNNIEST GUY EVER. Really cool dude, always has good stories. His tests are kinda hard because they are all definitions, but he tells you to choose 10/13 words and define em. Loved his class, but sometimes I wonder if the only grade he knew was A- ... lol loved him n would take him again

Dr. Veit is awesome, I just hate archaeology. The class his easy, his powerpoints are a little unclear, but for the tests all you have to do is look in the textbook. Some short papers, almost no work the whole semester.

BEST. PROFESSOR. EVER. Veit made going to class fun because he is soo funny and pretty laid back. He always had interesting stories to tell that were surprisingly relevant to the topic of discussion. I'd take him again and suggest him to other students!

HE IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST TEACHER EVER. His cultural anthropology class was interesting, and fun. It was probably the only class that I didn't mind going too this entire semester- I would suggest anthro/history majors to take ALL of his classes!
