he is the best accounting teacher you can take and the easiest. its a boring subject overall but he makes it easier by giving you premade worksheets and we only covered half the chapters the other classes did b/c he made sure we know them. generally its a hard class but if you take him its you best shot! 3 tests and hw not required

Comment:

Knight is as good a professor as you will find at LMU. He makes accounting a breeze, and as long as you DO THE HOMEWORK you will easily get an A in the class. LMU has a lot of "ok" professors, some good ones, and a very few number that make you exited to learn. Knight is one of the latter. 'Nuff said.

great class if you are interested in accounting. he tells you EVERYTHING that is going to be on tests so it's easy to narrow down what you do and dont need to study. i dont think we covered as many chapters as other classes did that could be a good thing for finals but bad thing if you really are interested in learning a lot from accounting.

such a nice and caring man. really wants his students to do well. if you keep up on the homework, you will do well on the tests. it is a hard subject, not the teacher's fault, he does a good job at making his students understand it...do your homework (even tho he doens't check) and you will be fine...!

Definitley plays favorites! How much you kiss his A** plays a huge difference. Very condesending and makes you scared to answer questions in class. His tests are not that hard though, and he doesn't check homework.

Knight is a jerk. He loves to see kids struggle and fail. He will not sympathize one bit, even when it's his fault you have no idea what's going on. He favors girls and the brainiacs! It doesn't matter if you're a decent student...this class will be a struggle garenteed!

Comparing KNIGHT to other ACCT professors is like night and day. Although, he comes off a bit anal-retentive, he's actually a really good guy. His lectures are really clear and he's great w/questions. Definitely recommend him.
