Very very clear. She requires a lot of work but if you do it then you never have to study for the exams. She really spells things out to you so unless you are asleep in her class you should do fine.

Class is difficult although she tries her best to present informantion in an understanable way. If you're not good at remembering to do online assignments, dont take her class. Book and all assignment are online, and tests are 50 mc... Im sure I could have done better, but aplia KILLED me

I think she is great...other the Aplia you have to do on computer there are no other assignments...so it depends what you like...as for her teaching is very helpful and if you don't understand she was in her office every time she said she would be. I just did the Aplia assignments, which are not hard, and I did just fine in class.

I will be the first to diss Rita. Sure she maybe nice, however, if you do not like learning through computer programs, like Aplia for instance, which is all she use, you will HATE IT!! You have specific times when homework is due so it's inconveinent and I personally thik it's ****. My class did have an attendance policy of some kind because

I had Rita for 3 semesters, and she is one of the best teachers I have ever encountered. I almost switched my major to econ just because of her classes. Not extremely easy, but a great teacher and presents monotonous material in a fun, interesting way. No attendance policy, but missing classes makes it much more difficult.

A good teacher, presents info clearly and wants you to ask questions. Lots of Aplia, but it helps a lot for the tests. No other homework, offers extra credit. I recommend this class, especially if you struggle w/ econ like I did.

This class was a lot of work, done online on aplia where you have to have certain assignments and chapters done by a certain time daily. Stay on top of assignments and don't slack off or you will struggle. Tests multiple choice and short answer with multiple parts, be really familiar with concepts. Shes really nice, office hrs really helpful.

She came to class like she was she was floating on some foggy cloud, and always in a foul mood! Apparently, her allergies were acting up all semester and she finally took sudafed the last TWO days of class! WELL, that explains her awful lectures. Don't take unless you make sure she's on her meds!
