His class seems like a lot at first, but buckle down and read the material as well as use quizlet (look up his class), and you will easily get an B+ or higher.

Great professor, very interesting, worth taking, but the tests are HARD. Take my advice, pay attention to what questions are worth the most and study the hardest for them. Search "mgmt. 271" on quizlet to find good study guides; most quizlet terms are word for word the exam question and answers. If you study yo ass off, you'll get an A.

Doesn't use any slides except for the LAWS. I wish he at least used slides for definitions, as starting out there are lots of new terms, and I had no clue what they meant, making the following lecture not very useful. Better to take your own notes from guide, not from lecture. Overall he is a great professor, and very funny.

He's an actual lawyer during the day so I had to take this class at night. ThIs being said he was very knowledgeable and had interesting stories to tell! He requires you to read/breif a case before class to be ready if he calls on you to talk about it, its only 2-4 pgs at most before each class. 2 midterms and a final, with online quizzes (easy!)

Rob was great! He's a real lawyer and would give great era-life experiences. His examples and stories were interesting and clear- very easy to understand. The exams are built right from the study guides. Do them and you'll be fine. The case briefings weren't too bad- just have a basic understanding and he'll help walk you through it.

Class was really enjoyable and interesting even though it was at night. Tests are pretty simple if you fill out the study guides (which go over all material on the tests), and if you know your rules of law. I would definitely take this class again.

Rob has an exceptional level of enthusiasm and confidence in the subject of law. The result of these attributes is very engaging lectures. The class is only difficult because of the shear amount of material covered. If you fill out his study guides you will do very well on the Three Exams. Go to class he is one of the few who is worth the time.

Best professor i've had so far really nice and amazing. You need to show up to class the book is needed for case studies other wise not really needed. If you do the study guides and have them memorized the exam is decent the exam is based off the study guides.

Best professor for business law, tests are really hard so make sure to do the study guides! Study guides are really long but it's worth it because they include test questions word for word. Content is really interesting and participation is required, he calls on random people so make sure to go to class.

Rob is my best professor ever. I am part-time employee and full-time student. I just got A in this class. I warranty that you will get A if you show up in class everyday and finish assignments on time. There is a lot of works in his class, but if you setup your time organized, I believe you can make it.

Rob has been one of the best professors I have ever had. Lecture was entertaining and I learned an amazing amount of material in the course. Go to class everyday, be prepared, and study your brains out for the exams. They are worth a lot of credit and are really tough. Answer every question in the study guides and you'll be golden on exam day.

He is a really nice and funny professor. This is definitely not an easy class, a lot of time and work! Need to fill out the study guides because they are basically what the tests are; all the answers are in the textbook and are pretty much word for word. Lectures are interesting.

Olson's class isn't an easy A at all, but as long as you take the time to study and read the study guides and know all the answers to the study guides the exams are a breeze. Mostly this class is time consuming and you need to study but Olson is a great professor and makes you really understand the material. By far one of the best professors.

Rob Olson is the man. I don't even know him but he's kind of a role model with how well he knows his stuff. He has a wealth of real experience in the field (being a practicing attorney), and is a great teacher. Just listen in class and read as much as you need to but this class IS NOT HARD as long as you think about what he's talking about. LISTEN

Great guy, loves to teach. Go to class, read the textbook, and study, there is no skidding by in this class. You get what you put into the course. For anybody in a business major, this class can be very helping for an intro on the do's and dont's. Also BEWARE, this is not a business law course, its a law for business students course
