I disagree that theses Phil. classes are interesting and fun...they so aren't! The stuff you'll learn is not even that useful in my opinion, but the lectures are totally worth going to, rob is eye candy.

Comment:

Anyone who says anything bad about rob is either jelous or hasn't been to class enough. I can't say enough good things about him...his exams are very fair, he's funny, his lectures and notes are very well organized. Rob is time and money well spent.

I really enjoyed this class; philosophy is such a strange course, but very intersting...it makes you want to learn more and more; plus the instructor is very nice and competent. Great smile, beautiful eyes.

I would suggest avoiding this class, particularly if you're interested in the subject matter, which is very poorly treated. It's not at all a difficult class, but the tests only really measure how much you pay attention to Rob's own idiom. (i.e. t/f: Socrates thought justice was a 'b-good') He is teaching outside his area and seems bored.

Great Prof. Lectures get a bit dry after three hours, but Rob's awesome and his tests are fair. Buying the book isn't necessary, but it's actually a nicely written text. Two thumbs up!

Good prof! Lectures are clear and easy to understand. If you take notes properly and effectively, you don't need the textbooks at all and you'll ace the exams. Very fair tests, and a fair marker. Class was quite enjoyable (admittedly a bit long at 3 hours, but that's no fault of the prof's!).
