quite USELESS. makes no sense when it comes to explaining and relating law to business. Does not explain very well, tells way too many stories in class. feeling unprepared for exam aside from the fact that I'm really into law, she has the most boring class. She is however a nice person but I'm here to learn and study not make friends with my profs.

Donna is a very kind woman and really cares about her classes. If you are kind, attentive and share opinions in class she will absolutely LOVE you. Case studies are easy to do well on as long as you use examples straight from the textbook. Midterm was easy but the final exam was tough. Very nice instructor!

Really nice prof and very helpful! her midterm was super easy but final was extremely hard. Her grading on the case's was not consistent and fair. Make sure you underline every definition you use, in order to receive full marks,

Donna is my fav prof so far. Was really helpful if I had any questions and even though the info is dry she taught it well. Gave lots of examples how things relate to work life, exams are so-so but if you study you'll get an awesome mark. Didn't use the text book much only couple times to help explain stuff. Fair marker on assignments as well. Defn recommend this prof!

She is lost when teaching and draws confusing diagrams all over the chalk board. She makes no sense at all and cannot make any of the course material relevent to business. Hardest final exam I have ever written and worst textbook ever written. This class sucks and is incredibly boring. Still managed to get decent mark though and Donna is nice.

Donna is my new fave prof! The midterm was pretty hard but her marking was very fair. She is more than helpful and flexible with assignments, deadlines, participation, etc. Pwpt slides and notes were sometimes unclear but it doesn't matter because you actually LEARN from Donna! I've really enjoyed taking her class this spring :)

Easy enough class. Really hard midterm, but very easy final. Donna is a great prof and is willing to help out on any assignments. The case studies were not too bad at all and she marks fairly high on all of them. I would definitely recommend taking this course from her!

She's fine but I found class quite uninteresting with too many side stories. The most annoying thing was that on the midterm and final there were a few questions that didn't really apply to the course work at all. Overall fine prof for this class.

She was patronizing. When there was a conflict in our team when simply sided the folks she thought were right, without giving us a chance to voice our opinion. On case studies which sometimes border on personal beliefs and culture, its her culture that mattered. She had no understanding that value systems differ around the world. Useless class.

This class blows.Case study groups were horrible, lazy and cant write english.Donna said she would do something about it and not 10 minutes later said something completely different to the class. Midterm was long and with oddly weighted questions.Lectures had to many weird stories that i didnt always see the point. Nice enough lady thou,very polite

Very nice lady, but I have to admit her class was very boring. EVERY point she made had to have some side story about someone she knows. Her midterm (which is in the last month of class) is disgustingly hard, as is the final - which had 200 MC questions! Shes a fair marker, albeit a slow one. Atleast she kept class short.

Donna was an awesome prof. She really cares and gets to know her students all personally and by name. She explains things very thoroughly and makes sure everyone understands. An easy marker if you're sure to thrown in and use all the OB terms correctly. Exams trickier but I definitely recommend her!
