I just finished Rober's introductory micro economics class and let me tell you it is not nearly as difficult as ppl are saying. He gave the questions that were on the quizes/exams prior to taking them and if you go trough them before hand your garenteed an 85% plus.

Even if Rober was speaking english i still wouldn't be able to understand this course. he went through the material way too quickly and expected us all to understand all aspects of economics. If your taking economics or plan to in the future, stay away from this proff, I got out of his class for 102.

First of all, I absolutely LOVED economics before taking this prof.However, he made me hate every aspect of the subject. Before taking this class I was a 90's student in ECON and thne struggled to make 70's. I recommend stearing clear of this prof if he is still around.

Rober tryed to be a good proff...but he clearly didn't know what he was doing. He know a lot about economics and I'm sure he's a smart guy, but he can't teach in a clear way. His exams were confusing, he did not clearly teach anything, and he overused power point slides that were taken straight out of the text book. AVOID taking his class.

Actually to clarify, the online gradesummit tools he uses make up 5% weighting of the 15% assignments mark. the other 5% is evenly distributed among his Excel files and his in class assignments. He's still a pretty good marker though!

It's a toss up. Some will find him hard and some not so hard. His exams were fairly easy but his midterms were hard. He is very helpful and does things so people can get their marks up. He dropps 2/4 of ur tests and he does online testing that is easy (worth 25% of ur mark) so it can boost your mark

I think he's a really good prof. There are so many little assignments that it really helps in your understand no matter how annoying they are at the time. Also, he uses gradesummit and it determines like 15% of your grade, and you can practice those as much as you want before the assignment is due

very easy...everything yoo need is online or in the text book...don't bother with lectures, maybe once a week to hand in your assignments. Test questions are taken from all past work or past quizzes, or online quizzes. He e-mails back within minutes.
