UCF is lucky to have Dr. Bohm. Well regarded throughout the criminal justice academic community. As a transfer from FSU he was referenced in several of my criminal justice classes. Highly recommend.

This professor wrote the textbook we used for the class. It's not a large book but be prepared to memorize the entire text work for word as this will be exactly what your four exams are. Lectures are taken from text, verbatim; his lectures are as if you were listening to a book on tape.

If I paid too much attention to what the review said about Dr. Bohm, I wouldn't have registered for his Graduate Death Penalty course. Dr. Bohm is a hard grader but a fair professor. His graduate class was the most amazing class I've taken so far.

If I paid too much attention to what the review said about Dr. Bohm, I wouldn't have registered for his Graduate Death Penalty course. Dr. Bohm is a hard grader but a fair professor. If one is not ready to learn then too bad, stay home. If one is ready to learn then take him. His graduate class was the most amazing class I've taken so far.

The most boring professor I've ever had to experience. He wrote the book the class uses and the powerpoints are the books echoed verbatim. I skipped 2 months worth of class and earned an A. 4 exams. Read the chapters more than once. He writes exam guides. Fill them out and you'll get an A. Though I didn't really learn anything. Take anyone else.

Ok people, some of you need to rethink your decision to attend an accredited 4 year university. This man gives you ALL the test questions the first day of class! " the learning objectives". He words the questions word for word as you'd fined them in the book, yes you have to memorize them but ISNT THAT WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO DO IN EVERY OTHER CLASS

DO NOT TAKE HIM IF YOU WANT A EASY A! He is a nice teacher and means well but this is not a easy class by any means. If you are amazing at taking tests then it may be easier for you. If you aren't like me then it is not a good choice to take him. You need to memorize the learning objectives or you will not know the material!

EASY A!!! anyone saying his class is hard is not college material by ANY means. He gives you the questions to the tests! & the answers to those questions are in the book word for word!! you could literally just memorize the answers to the questions its not rocket science people. He gives u the questions to all the test on the first day of class!!

You HAVE to read everything and STUDY before tests. The tests are easy because he gives you study guides, but you have to memorize every answer or else you won't pass. There are a lot of numbers to remember. His lectures can get pretty boring, but he's very passionate about this subject and likes to hear your opinions.

This professor is the worst I have ever had. He literally takes his slides word for word out of the book he assigned which he wrote. He is very dry and boring. Lectures last an eternity. Four test which are no shorter than 80 questions. He trys very hard to word the questions to confuse you. DO NOT TAKE HIM!

Dr. Bohm is a little dry and boring at times but he truly loves the subject matter he's teaching and is very sweet. Showing up is not mandatory, as long as you do the study guides thoroughly and memorize the cases, you'll get an A! Nice guy overall

He is an AMAZING professor..took him for 3 classes already..though he does read from powerpoints alot, he is a sweet man. His exams are SUPER EASY because he gives you the exact same questions in the syllabus..just find them word for word in book..remember them and you get an easy A..WISH HE HAD MORE CLASSES..recommend him! 1 of best at UCF

For sure A! He gives the questions to all the exams in the syllabus. "The learning objectives" are the exact exam questions! And the answers are word for word from the text book. Easy A! Don't need to go to class because he gives the questions to the exam on day one and does not take attendance.

Easy class and Easy A. Professor Bohm gives a syllabus with a study guide for each test, which is exactly where he gets test questions from. Although it is not mandatory or necessary to go to class make sure he knows your name and face because at the end of the semester he gives etc for going to class and participating.

Lots of questions on the test 80-100. Long study guides but answers are word for word out of his book. Just attend class pay attention to the slides and complete your study guides and you should get an A. I never showed up/studied and got a B. Definitely recommended.

DO NOT take this professor! His lectures are boring, his material is dry. You don't need to go to class because all he does is read off Powerpoints which are verbatim from the textbook HE wrote. I studied for his tests more than any other class and still did not do well. If you can take this with ANYONE else, DO IT! You have been WARNED!!!!!

Bohm is a great professor. No, you do not need to attend every class and he will not take attendance. Lecture material and test questions come directly from HIS textbook. He will answer any questions you need and is very helpful. I believe I was the only student who went to office hours, but I also received an A. Very easy if you put in the effort.
