Looks like Santa, and is also fairly jolly. Extremely effective at teaching. Crystal clear explanations and covered examples that highlight the important concepts and steps. Uses overheads, which beats chalkboards for reading clarity. Assignments were helpful for the exam. Unique sense humour.

The worst professor I ever had. Does NOT explain anything; basically just reads of his useless overhead notes. Does not provide any hints for the midterm/exam. Avoid his classes!

He is very helpful when it comes to questions. He is charismatic and enthusiastic throughout lectures. He has a dry sense of humour. Do your homework and pay attention or else you will get lost.

Totally love this prof. His classes are organized and he encourages students to ask questions about the material. Lectures are sometimes fast paced, so keep up. The tests are completely doable; as long as you do the past exams, you'll do awesome.

Dr. Bryan was always humourous and taught his students very well. I understood everything he said and he always made time to take up problems from the textbook. He was so good I am taking CALC 1500 with him next semester.

I had so much trouble with math in high school and because of Prof Bryan I actually like math now. He is awesome and makes hilarious jokes. He also makes a huge effort to learn everyone's name which is really cool.

early (830 every morning except thursdays)and complex class. however, he is very helpful when you take the initiative to ask for it: if you ask, he's more than willing to help. he definatly knows what hes teaching- i recomend the class to anyone who's interested in it.

Comment:
This professor is a very condescending human being. His teaching style is terrible, due to the fact that most people come from schools in which the teachers write on the chalkboard and the students copy it down, and not a teacher that reads everything off of an overhead projector. This is calculus not history, write on the chalkboard for once.

Great Professor! Tests are very fair. Test questions are very similar to those done in the homework and the lectures. He makes sure you know every trick to solving the problem you will need to know for the exams. Grades extremely well. Very nice and helpful.

complete jerk. I aced this course and I hated every minute of it. Ive never hated a math prof before either. A complete show off and so obsessed with his own brain that he forgot to teach. Good thing I can teach myself. I feel sorry for the kids that can't. Oh and make sure you can speak english, cause otherwise you wont be able to catch a break.

Worst professor I've ever had. Very condescending. People who have taken his class know what I mean by 'comb and coin in the back pocket.'
